Positive: If you full time RV this is a must have, even for snowbirds. We were camping in Galveston Texas and had to use this hose in December to keep our water from freezing. You can reverse the hose ends with the included adapter so that you can plug it into either the RV or the pedestal.

Negative: Don't use this hose year round, the heating element is not intended for full time use. Switch to a normal hose in the warmer months.
